These Boot camp programs are designed for any wedding day goals, whether your time-line is 6-months, 3-months, 1-month, or even a crash week before the wedding. You will be able to reach your goals with no fear! Arrive at your BIG day with one less thing to stress about! .These groups will be co-ed. The Camps will take place outdoors in a park-setting.

Your wedding day is one of the most exciting days of your life. You want to look radiant, feel fit and beautiful! Sometimes shedding 10lbs or so has to happen fast and we can make that happen! Dedicated women in camp often lose 12lbs in just one month's session. Code Pink Boot Camp is dedicated to helping women look and feel their very best. You can have your very OWN private boot camp!
Bridal Package Information
When a bride registers with a minimum of 5 bridesmaids (or mother, aunt, etc.) The bride gets boot camp free. The bridesmaids receive the 5-day package for the 3-day price $225
Boot Camp sessions are 4-weeks in duration, 45 minutes a day, Monday - Friday

Top Three Health/Fitness Tips for a Radiant Bride:
1. Drink plenty of water every day and minimize the amount of alcohol you
consume to make your skin look beautiful and keep from gaining weight and
looking puffy.

Bodies By Cindy Outdoor Boot Camp consists of a workout class for people seriously committed to improving their health and fitness. This is a four week program that includes boot camp style classes, nutrition counseling, individualized diets, and fitness assessments. We are always changing up the pace and all of the classes are held outdoors. These boot camp classes are packed with energizing workouts to meet your fitness needs! During the four week structure of a boot camp class you will learn the necessary tools and tips for weight loss. In my boot camp classes I guarantee 5-12 pounds in a month. This is due to the right nutrition plan, high intensity workouts, and being accountable to classes 3,4, and 5 days a week. Boot camps are designed to meet all fitness levels and age ranges for both men & women.

Outdoor Boot Camp classes will take place in all types of weather, so don’t be surprised if you get wet and dirty! Its very refreshing to be outside and breathe in fresh air, feeling the breeze in your face, seeing the sun come up, and watching falling stars. Sessions are designed to focus on all the major muscle groups as well as working your heart and lungs. Classes are designed for all fitness levels, so whether your a beginner or an exercise veteran you won’t feel out of place.
Be prepared to have some fun and meet new people, we've even been known to have the occasional social evening too!
Boot Camps include everything from running/walking, weight training (upper and lower body), core conditioning, abdominal work, plyo-metrics, circuit training, hills, stairs, football drills, etc. Each workout is different from the day before,
We keep you guessing, mix it up, and make the exercises fun to do! All classes begin and end with stretching to help prevent sports related injuries.
All of our certified instructors stress proper form, technique and overall SAFETY.
Every class is specially designed to rev your metabolism, maximize your fitness potential and boost your energy all day long.
